If you would rather write, the form below goes to Impex, and someone will contact you with a quote and a time for the mobile visit. Impex has no shop in Cary: the van comes to your home, your workplace or wherever the car is parked in Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs or Fuquay-Varina.
Call Impex Auto Glass now and describe the damage.
Three short steps: where the damage is, your vehicle and how to reach you. If you have the VIN, give it: Impex checks the part against it before booking.
What to have ready
- The year, make and model, and the VIN if you can find it: it is on the driver’s side of the dashboard and on your insurance card.
- Which glass is damaged, and roughly how big the chip or crack is.
- Where the car will be parked and for how long.
- If you are claiming, your insurer and the claim number. Impex says it works with all major insurance providers.

Glass open to the weather?
If a door window or the back glass is broken and rain is coming, cover the opening with plastic sheeting, keep the broken glass out of the cabin, and call rather than sending the form.
