The quote form

The quote form on this site is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form, run for Impex by its quoting service (Omega EDI) and shown here in a frame. What you enter in it goes to Impex Auto Glass through that service, not through this website, so that Impex can contact you with a quote and arrange the work. It is not sold, and it is used only to answer your request and to carry out the job you ask for.

Phone calls

The phone number on this site is connected to Impex Auto Glass through a call forwarding service, which records that a call took place, its time and the calling number.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing you type into the form is sent to an advertising or analytics service. The site’s hosting and security services may keep ordinary server logs, such as the address a request came from, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

Your details on a job

If you go ahead with a repair or replacement, Impex Auto Glass uses your details, your vehicle information and, where you are claiming, your insurance details to order the part, do the work and handle billing with your insurer.

Seeing, correcting or removing your details

To see, correct or remove what you have sent through this site, contact Impex Auto Glass using the details on the contact page. This policy may be updated; the version on this page is the current one.
